Our Partners
Kathleen F. Schwartz, Esq. is the founding partner of our firm. She has dedicated over twenty years building a first class legal practice based upon the principle of zealous devotion to client representation. Ms. Schwartz has earned the trust and respect of clients and colleagues alike.
Kathleen received her BA from Long Island University, Southampton NY and her LLB from the University of Denver, Denver, CO. She has served as an Arbitrator in the Second District Court and an Adjunct Professor of Law at Long Island University, Southampton, NY.
Memberships are maintained in the New York State Bar Association, Suffolk County Bar Association, Suffolk County Women’s Bar Association and the Council of Overseers, LIU, Southampton Campus. She is also active in many local and civic affairs. She received the Distinguished Alumni Award, Southampton College in 1992, and Woman of the Year, East End Women’s Network, 1991.
Douglas C. Sinski, Esq. started his career as counsel to a large metropolitan law firm working primarily in their real estate division. While maintaining his private practice of law, Doug also served as aide / counsel to the mayor of Yonkers and general counsel to an international oil company. He was also special counsel to First American Title Co.. After earning his B. A. from St. Johns University, Doug went on to receive his Juris Doctor Degree from New York Law School. He is admitted to practice law before all courts in New York State and the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts.
Memberships include the Nassau County Bar Association, The Huntington Township Chamber of Commerce, The National Association of Mortgage Brokers, The New York State Association of Mortgage Brokers, and Advancement for Commerce, Industry and Technology Long Island.
